Golden Oak Resorts provides accommodation and agreed hospitality services at Charity Road, Kunnathidavaka, Old Vythiri, Wayanad, Kerala 673576. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website. Shipping charges, courier delivery and physical product returns do not apply.
Confirmation delivery
For online checkout, the website checks live availability, displays the total and opens PhonePe for payment. After payment and room allocation are verified, the booking-status page displays the confirmation reference. For assisted reservations, we send written confirmation by email or the contact method agreed with you. It will state your accommodation, dates, guest count, price, inclusions and applicable terms. If you do not receive it, contact us before making another payment.
When the service is provided
Your accommodation is provided on the confirmed stay dates, with standard check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM, Indian Standard Time. Early check-in or late check-out requires advance agreement, is subject to availability and may attract a charge disclosed before acceptance.
Changes or delivery concerns
Check your confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect. Contact +91 70257 32522 or booking@goldenoakresorts.in for a missing confirmation or a problem with your stay. If we cannot supply a confirmed service, the remedies in our cancellation and refund policy apply.
Online checkout
Selecting dates or viewing a quote does not reserve inventory. When online checkout is offered, the selected room is held for 15 minutes while payment is completed. The reservation is confirmed only after our system verifies the payment and allocates the room. If checkout is unavailable, contact our team for an assisted reservation.
