Information we receive
When you enquire or book, we receive your name, telephone number, email address, stay dates, guest numbers, selected accommodation and transaction references. A confirmed reservation may require billing details and guest identification at check-in. Only provide information necessary for your stay; avoid sending identity documents or sensitive health information by ordinary email.
The booking planner may retain selected dates and guest numbers in the page address. A secure status link uses an opaque token to retrieve the result of your payment and reservation; keep that link private. Our hosting services process technical details such as IP addresses, request times and browser information to serve the website and investigate faults or misuse.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, verify payments, arrange and manage stays, provide requested assistance, maintain booking and accounting records, resolve complaints and protect our services. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
Cookies & storage
Administrator sign-in uses an essential, time-limited session cookie. The public website does not require an advertising-cookie consent choice because no advertising cookies are currently used. Your browser may retain ordinary cached website resources and a payment-status reference for the current session. Any future non-essential tracking will be explained before it is introduced.
Sharing & payments
Information may be processed by our hosting, email, reservation and payment service providers as necessary to deliver the service, and disclosed to authorities where legally required. PhonePe handles payment authentication and payment-instrument details when online checkout is used. Golden Oak receives transaction status and references for reconciliation; we do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, card PIN or OTP. If you book through a travel platform, that platform also handles your information under its own policy.
Retention & security
We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable booking, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal retention obligations. We limit access and use technical safeguards including HTTPS and protected administrator accounts. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices & requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to withdraw consent for an optional use. We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate way. Some records must be retained to fulfil legal obligations or resolve an existing transaction; we will explain any relevant limitation. Withdrawing details necessary to arrange a stay may prevent us from completing that request.
Children & external services
Reservations must be arranged by an adult. We use children's ages only when a responsible adult supplies them to arrange accommodation and applicable charges. Map, tourism and external booking links open services with their own privacy policies.
